No refunds. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. Store credit is valid for 6 months.
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
Items can only be returned for store credit: The size doesn’t match your given measurements. If the item is damaged, or if the print/ color does not match your chosen color, selected on our website.
Return shipping has to be paid by the customer if: The received item’s size is incorrect due to wrongly given measurements from the client. The client wants to exchange for a different color selected on the website.
All returns must be received within 14 days* of the date.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Returned items must remain un-washed, unworn and should still have their original label untouched.
