No refunds. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. Store credit is valid for 6 months.

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

Items can only be returned for store credit: The size doesn’t match your given measurements. If the item is damaged, or if the print/ color does not match your chosen color, selected on our website.

Return shipping has to be paid by the customer if: The received item’s size is incorrect due to wrongly given measurements from the client. The client wants to exchange for a different color selected on the website.

All returns must be received within 14 days* of the date.

Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Returned items must remain un-washed, unworn and should still have their original label untouched.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Seidoro always tries to beat their records, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
